PC developed a preliminary design study for the creation of a 40-storey commercial + residential apartment building for this downtown Brooklyn, New York site. The mixed-use project size is the maximum allowed per the current Zoning FAR (Floor Area Ratio). The building design includes Ground Floor Retail space, Commercial office space with Residential use above. Apartments to include a range of sizes with exceptional views of both the Brooklyn and Manhattan skylines.
